From Gigi To EmRata, Everyone Is Suddenly Wearing This Summery Dress Brand
Every now and then there seems to be a contemporary brand that really captures the celebrity set's attention. Last summer, Cult Gaia's Serita dress was worn by Rosie HW, Hailey Beiber and a number of former Victoria's Secret models, while the summer before Réalisation Par dresses were spotted on Kaia Gerber, Bella Hadid, Kylie Jenner and just about every other Gen Z It-girl.
This summer though, I'm willing to bet that Ciao Lucia will be the brand on speed dial for the A-list's styling crews. According to the brand's website, the LA-based label is made "for the girl, on eternal vacation." And even if vacation is simply a state of mind, Ciao Lucia's summery aesthetic can bring the holiday to you, wherever you may be.
Over the last year, the brand has been worn by Kendall Jenner, Jennifer Lawrence, Margot Robbie and Gigi Hadid. While earlier this month, Emily Ratajkowski uploaded a video of herself in the Ciao Lucia's satin Carolinne Dress. Kaia Gerber has also been spotted in the brand's knitwear, while Sophia Bush has been seen in the label's signature Gabriella Dress.
Featuring classic feminine silhouettes, with flattering ruched details in easy to wear colours and prints, it's little wonder the brand has gained such traction. Many of the pieces feel exceptionally timeless, as if they would assimilate perfectly into the wardrobe of a 1950's Sophia Loren, yet just as well into the closet of any and every It-girl in LA. It's no surprise then that the Ciao Lucia has taken inspiration from vintage pieces and has been created with the Amalfi Coast and French Riviera in mind.
Currently, the label is available to buy in the UK from Moda Operandi and Farfetch, and of course, you'll find it's full range available on the brand's website. Keep scrolling to say hello to Ciao Lucia below and see the way celebrities and influencers are wearing this up-and-coming cult brand.
