6 Easy (But Cool) Ways Celebrities Are Styling Their Black Jeans Right Now
If you're anything like me, your black jeans are potentially the one item you wear the most out of your entire wardrobe. Now, there's nothing wrong with wearing and loving one particular item in your closet over and over again, but what I have found is that the more I wear my black jeans, the less creative I become in terms of styling them. I always fall back on the few lackluster looks I have notched in my belt instead of branching out and trying something new. Well, today, that's all going to change.
I decided to do some celebrity outfit research to see how some of the stars have been styling their black jeans as of late. From Gigi to Priyanka, I was pleasantly surprised by the easy (but cool) looks I discovered. Most were black-jean outfits made up of items we probably all already have in our closets, but for the pieces we'll have to buy, I shopped them out for you here.
Ahead, go on to see six of the best black-jean outfits I spotted on celebrities within the last few months, and shop everything you'll need to get the looks for yourself.
The Blazer-and-Sneaker Look
You can never go wrong with an oversize blazer–and-denim look. The thing we love most about Bella's particular 'fit is that she unexpectedly paired it with sporty sneakers. That contrast instantly took this look from pretty basic to really cool.
On Bella Hadid: Nike x Off-White Air Jordan 5 Sneakers; Lulu Guinness Bingo Bibi Tote

The Transitional-Moto-Jacket Look
Spring is finally, sort of, in the air, which means transitional jackets are in order. If you don't want to buy a new trench or a light leather blazer, copy Hailey and throw on your favorite motorcycle jacket over a tiny tank. Your jeans and simple strappy sandals are all that's missing.
On Hailey Bieber: Sami Miró Vintage x André Saraiva jacket; Meshki Kaiya Thin Strap Scoop Neck Crop Top ($31); Ksubi Playback Jeans ($190); Balenciaga Hourglass XS bag; Amina Muaddi Naima Sandals ($695)

The Comfy Quilted Look
Calling all classic girls. This simple yet elegant look is for you. The quilted jacket adds some exciting texture to an otherwise minimal look. We recommend accessorizing with at least one more forward piece like the square-toe heels we shopped out below.
On Priyanka Chopra Jonas: Jennifer Fisher Baby Samira Hoop Earrings ($550); Chanel jacket; Stuart Weitzman shoes

The Pant-Tuck Look
Gigi is always a good one to turn to for incredible jean outfits, and this forward pants-tucked-into-boots look is no exception. If there's one thing the recent street style scene proved, it's that tucking your pants into knee-high boots is the number one way to look like you care about trends without trying too hard.
On Gigi Hadid: Dmy by Dmy Olsen Sunglasses ($130); Re/Done High Rise Loose Jeans in Washed Black ($250); Schutz Analeah Boots in Dark Chocolate ($295)

The Perfect-Polo Look
The easiest way to spice up a black jean outfit is by throwing on a piece of statement outerwear. Jennifer's mod printed Prada coat set the tone for pretty much whatever else she chose to pair with it. In this case, it was a sleek polo shirt which we're very into for spring 2020.
On Jennifer Lawrence: Garrett Leight x Clare V. sunglasses; Prada Jacquard-Knit Coat ($1017); Citizens of Humanity jeans; ACNE Studios Brion Suede Slippers ($385)

The Weekend-Cardi Look
Celebrities seem to have taken a major liking to two-tone denim. Kendall's casual off-duty look is a perfect example of why. With striking jeans like that, all you need is a simple cardigan and a cool bag, and you're out the door.
On Kendall Jenner: Brandy Melville Athelia Knit Top ($30); Levis x Vetements jeans; Nike Air Force 1 '07 ($90); Velvet Canyon Zou Bisou Sunglasses ($260); Staud Tommy Bag ($250)
