I Usually Wear Basic Boots, But I'm Interested in These Trendy Styles

I recently took a look through the boots in my closet. While there are a few statement-making picks (like one lug-sole option), the bulk could fall into the basics category and are simpler in nature. I’m primarily talking about low ankle boots in black here. The said styles will always be go-tos because of their versatility, but I do like to switch it up from time to time. So with that in mind, I set out to look for another on-trend pair to try this season.

While on my personal quest, I thought I’d also find other trendy fall boots that I think you’ll be into as well. I found a smattering of styles during the market research. There’s clearly nothing wrong with those simple boots (they’re classic and will always work), but if you are in fact looking for something just a bit different, what’s coming your way will be right up your alley. Keep scrolling to check out chic fall boot options.

As we showcased here, Western boots are a key style for the season. I'm interested in revisiting the look for a fresh fall vibe.

Knee-High Boots

When my friend recently asked me for shoe-shopping advice, I suggested a pair of clean knee-high boots for a chic silhouette. I'm loving them with dresses or over jeans.

A pair of lug-sole boots will keep any outfit feeling current. I have one pair already, but I'm looking to add another updated pick.

Pointed booties aren't going anywhere (I have a pair I wear), but square-toe booties will still make the rounds this fall as a forward choice.
