It's Here: Reese Witherspoon Shares the First Look at Big Little Lies Season 2

Ever since the finale of the star-studded, award-winning HBO series Big Little Lies, we've been eagerly waiting for any peek into what the second season holds. Well, it seems we've finally gotten what we've been waiting for—our first glimpse at Big Little Lies season two.
Yesterday, Reese Witherspoon, who plays Madeline Mackenzie in the series, took to Instagram to share a photo of herself sitting next to co-star Laura Dern in front of Seaside Coffee Shop in Monterey, California. Witherspoon captioned the post, "Watch out Monterey, here we come!"
As it turns out, Dern also shared the exact same behind-the-scenes picture, but with a slightly different caption—"Madeline and Renata are back. #BLL2," she wrote. (As fans know, these two aren't exactly best friends on the show, so we're curious how they're relationship will develop.)
The series will return for its second season in 2019 and, as was announced earlier this year, will welcome Meryl Streep into its already star-studded cast. Let the countdown begin, and read on to see Witherspoon's sneak peek at the second season of Big Little Lies.
