5 Summer-to-Autumn Outfits We've Worn to the Office This Week
There are so many days where I look at the ultra-stylish individuals who make up Team Who What Wear UK and think We must take a picture of your outfit. We're admittedly all a little shy and archetypal in our British sensibility of being quite self-deprecating and unwilling to capture our own looks, but with the popularity that surrounds our regular shopping franchises such as We Try Before You Buy and The Joy of Shopping, we're slowly but surely getting to grips with documenting our real-life outfits for your perusal.
Hopefully we can inspire you in a way that a fashion-loving flatmate or best mate with a skill for shopping might do: We're never going to spend crazy amounts each week on new purchases or buy the latest It item on a whim without considering it carefully first, so what you'll see instead are the clothes we truly live in and swear by. From the dresses multiple editors own and wear on repeat to the formulas that we all appear to gravitate toward (even if our personal styles are wildly different), herein lie some office outfit ideas you can take into 2019 and beyond.
Style Notes: Emma bought this Ghost dress recently. Having enjoyed the exact same silhouette in another colour from last year, she knew it would be a safe bet. Add in some bandana-wrapped sandals from Etsy and her go-to Alighieri pendant necklace and you've got a look that works from the office to weekend brunches and back again.

Style Notes: Alyss has the perfect solution for these in-between weather days: Wear a minidress (ASOS) with a great shacket (Topshop) and hiking boots (the Grenson ones that are near-impossible to get hold of). Her little Staud bag brings a fashionable twist to utilitarian basics.

Style Notes: I've come back to this Zara dress time and time again during my pregnancy. I wore it in the early days (when no one knew!), and it's stretched with me. I'm currently 33 weeks and growing at the speed of light. I know it'll work summer after summer despite the fact that tie-dye isn't always "in" because it's a flattering colour, has a classic shape and is comfortable to wear. My bag is from Nannacay, the sandals are by Fila (heels are a long-gone concept for my swollen feet and ankles!), and the earrings are vintage and belonged to my nan.

Style Notes: Nell's got an eye for top-quality jackets and coats, and this vintage Aquascutum blazer is a real winner. It instantly elevates her easy combination of a Mango shirt, Topshop trousers and white M&S boots.

Style Notes: Perhaps channelling a little bit of her Parisian alter ego (see Joy's French fashion challenge here), this is a classic combination that will last a lifetime: leopard jeans from Paige, a shirt stolen from her husband (busted!), sandals from Next and little stacking necklaces from Missoma and Daisy jewellery.
