Given that she's worked as a stylist for 14 years and pulls products from the store on a regular basis, she is well versed in specific categories that sell out because of their popularity and trending aspects. Essentially, she often will tell her clients to go for it if they find something they love in one of these in-demand categories.

Hayes is sharing the items that often have low stock below for a bit of shopping inspiration for you. While there may be a few styles available in-store and on-site, the breadth of options in these categories is usually far slimmer than others.

"Great blazers sell out fast! This is partly because there is a shortage of great blazers. A good one will sell out within a few days. I especially like a linen blazer right now going into spring. An oversize, light linen blazer will take you all through spring, summer, and early fall. The trending fit now is slightly oversize and roomy. Throw it on over a sleeveless dress and heels or straight-leg jeans and sneakers."

"The Skims brand is constantly selling out! To get the same look, go for square-neck tank tops and bodysuits in shades of nude, black, and white."

3. White Button-Down Shirts

"You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a good white cotton button-down shirt these days. Ask any salesperson and they'll confirm it's become extinct! Because this piece is the workhorse of your wardrobe, when you see a good one, buy it!"

"Trench coats aren't just for rainy days. Influencers have made the trench coat cool again, so finding a good one is a bit challenging, as they sell out super fast."

"Bright colors are trending right now. I love a great shoe or bag in kelly or grass green. Equally popular is bright pink, so if you get the chance to add these two fun colors, you should."

7. Ivory and White Jeans

"Because retailers think white denim has a short wear season, they don't make as many as their blue counterparts. Truth is, people wear white and ivory denim year-round, so I'm hoping vendors will take notice."

8. "Not Boring" Swimsuis

"We're all making vacation plans now and want cute swimming suits! Lately, I've been seeing unique cutouts, one-shoulder, and interesting strap designs in swimwear. Bright, pretty colors like yellows, pinks, orange, and white seem to always sell out so fast."
