The Zara Boat Neck Blazer ($99) is definitely the most Meghan Markle item at the cult retailer right now. Reminiscent of the Caroline Herrera blazer the Duchess of Sussex wore back in June, the Zara version features the same off-the-shoulder neckline with folded-over lapels as well as fabric-covered buttons.
