I follow Meghan Markle's style like it's my job—because it is. While I cover a wide range of celebrities here at Who What Wear, I've become something of a royal expert through my near-daily coverage of Markle's and Kate Middleton's outfit choices (and plenty of royals from other countries as well). Last year alone, I wrote 49 different stories on Markle, spanning everything from her baby shower to her two-week tour of Australia.
While the average person might casually skim through Markle photos, I put in the legwork to find out every single brand she's wearing and where to buy it, so I'm more than a bit familiar with her style. The payoff from analyzing her outfits so closely? I've come away with some royalty-approved outfit tips that are extremely easy to emulate IRL. Scroll down for the best styling suggestions I gleaned from Meghan Markle's wardrobe and shop the trends for yourself.
1. Invest in a Power Pantsuit
The Duchess of Sussex owns a slew of different kinds of pantsuits, from wide-leg to straight-cut to skinny. The styling, however, is usually the same: She pairs them with classic, minimal accessories like black pumps and simple clutches.

2. Try Button-Down Shirts Morning, Noon, and Night
A crisp button-down shirt shouldn't just be for the office. Markle's shirting outfits can provide inspiration for work, weekends, and nights out.

3. When in Doubt, Go Monochrome
Picking multiple pieces in the same color is a surefire way to look polished instantly. Monochrome outfits look sophisticated and expensive, no matter the actual price of your clothes. Emulate Markle and try head-to-toe beige or white.

5. Try a Little Blazer Dress
A little blazer dress is the new LBD (as far as Markle is concerned). Try swapping your go-to party dress for a tuxedo dress and heels. It's as flattering as it is chic.

6. Buy Multiple Colors of Your Favorite Shoes
Markle relies on her Aquazzura Deneuve Pumps ($750) time and again, so it only makes sense that she bought them in multiple colors. Don't be afraid to double down on the shoes that strike the perfect balance of comfort and style.
