A few weeks ago Margot Robbie posted a photo series of herself at the Museum of Old and New Art in Tasmania on Instagram, and ever since then we can’t stop thinking about the trousers she was wearing in the picture. While the rest of her outfit was also impeccable (typical), the pants are what really caught our eye with their effortless cool-factor.
Like any well fitted pair of black trousers, the pants Robbie sported were undeniably flattering, but what made them even more special was the slit along the front seam. Black, tailored pants are already figure enhancing, but this extra detail shows an extra bit of skin, tricking the eye and elongating the appearance of the legs beneath the pants. Pair them with a pointed-toe nude shoe for double whammy, and your legs will be looking longer instantly. This little trick will work on any body type, but we can imagine it’ll be super-helpful for the petite women out there who sometimes wish their legs were a little bit longer (guilty as charged).
