You’re Invited to IKEA's First-Ever Fashion Show
IKEA is getting in on fashion month by holding its own version of a runway show. You won’t find it on the Paris schedule, but you will be able to catch the livestream tomorrow on its YouTube channel at the inconvenient-for-Australia time of 3:30am AEST.
The Swedish furniture conglomerate has teamed up with clothing designers Katie Eary and Martin Bergström for two fashion-inspired home goods collections. You can expect to see everything from bed sheets and rugs to shopping bags and lamp-shades. We're pretty curious as to how this is all going to pan out. Alarm for 3:30am has been set.
To read about what you can expect from the show, head over to Racked.
If you love the Swedish design house, shop one of our favourite Swedish fashion brands—Acne Studios.
