Hailey Bieber Wore Dad Pants, so I Want to Buy Dad Pants

As a fashion editor who covers lots of celebrity style, I admit to having a bit of an encyclopedic knowledge of Hailey Bieber's outfits. Because of that, I can confirm that among the pants she's worn recently are sweatpants, leggings, baggy jeans, skinny jeans, and leather pants. There are more but I won't bore you with excessive details.

It goes without saying that Bieber is a good person to look to for pants trend inspiration, so I was quick to notice when she recently wore one that you'd be wise to take note of: dad pants. Dad pants are great because they're definitely a big step up from sweatpants, but they're not as uncomfortable as jeans can be. They're just slouchy yet tailored enough and as Bieber proved, they look perfect with sneakers and a cute jacket. Some brands (including Zara) are even naming some of its trouser styles "dad pants", proving that the trend has hit the mainstream. Keep scrolling to shop my favorite pairs right now (which I selfishly sought out because I want to buy a pair).
