As someone who lives and breathes fashion, I'm always tempted to invest in the season’s latest It jacket or sweater trend. But here’s a little secret I’ve learned over the years: There’s a far more affordable way to refresh your wardrobe. Enter accessories. Winter, in particular, offers the best lineup—think furry hats, leather gloves, and so on. Best of all, many of the season’s buzziest accessory trends ring in under $100.

The beauty of a good accessory is that it can put your outfit in a league of its own. An aforementioned faux-fur hat, for instance, will set your outfit apart from the rest, as will, say, an of-the-moment triangle scarf. (Just ask Kendall Jenner, who can't stop wearing the piece.)
