I Love a '90s Minimalist Look—These Are the Nordstrom Pieces I'm Eyeing for Fall
Timeless.
Nineties minimalism never goes out of style, which is why I love it. I prefer to buy items that stand the test of time rather than fleeting trends to make my money go the furthest, as they tend to offer the best cost-per-wear—it's always easy and chic. Designers like Helmut Lang, Jil Sander, and Calvin Klein defined the era, and now labels like The Row and Toteme are known for the aesthetic as well.
While scrolling on Nordstrom, I noticed the retailer had a new curated edit titled "'90s Archival Work." In it, there are a variety of pieces from brands like COS, Reformation, and Mango, alongside a few investment items such as Tom Ford sunglasses and Khaite's beloved Danielle High-Waist Straight-Leg Jeans.
Other highlights include classic fall staples such as button-downs, straight-leg jeans, capris, loafers, slingback pumps, and cashmere-lined leather gloves—some of which can be worn year-round. Shop the best of the edit ahead.
