It's Here (Again): The Effortless 2026 Color It Girls Are Wearing Instead of Neutrals
It's our favorite.
While on set in Brooklyn filming Hulu's Count My Lies, Lindsay Lohan wore an outfit that has us reconsidering everything we thought we knew about neutrals. It made us wonder: Why wear all black or white or beige when you can wear delicious butter yellow instead?
Lohan wore an exclusively sunny shade from head to toe with a light-yellow duster, a pair of Bermuda shorts, and a vintage Chloé Penelope bag. This specific shade of yellow has been in and out of the trend cycle for years, but it feels like it's finally having a major moment right now.

It's not hard to see why. Yellow can be a tricky color if it's too bright or neon, but this buttery shade is ideal for summer. It literally feels like a sunny vacation, and it's easy on the eyes. It's soothing! And as Lohan shows us, wearing a ton of buttery yellow at once is a stylish treat.
