These Matching Sets Are Honestly So Good

Matching sets are one of the biggest outfit trends dominating the fashion space right now. I remember trying the look for myself a few summers ago on a weekend trip to Napa, wearing a gingham off-the-shoulder top and matching skirt. What struck me about the look was the ease of it all. Instead of trying to find the right piece to go with a cropped top or the perfect thing to wear with a new pair of jeans, the whole outfit was pretty much planned out for me already. All I had to do was pick out a pair of shoes and some accessories to make it fit in with my personal style.

And I’m happy that matching sets are again popping up everywhere this summer. With a quick scroll through my Instagram, I’ve spotted loads of style setters wearing everything from cool open-front tops printed with pastel-hued seashells and matching skirts to coordinating blazers and trousers to even two-piece denim sets that are intended to be worn together. Ahead, see how fashion girls are wearing matching sets and shop their outfits.

Coordinating blazer outfits look even cooler in a pastel hue.

I'm personally all about open-front tops. Next time I wear one, I'll add a matching skirt.
