I Want to Try These Comfy Outfits—They're Chill Yet Fashion-Forward
I basically have two primary goals when putting together my version of the ideal outfit. First and foremost, I always want it to be in line with my own personal style. In addition, said look must be comfortable as well—especially these days. Currently, my go-to look more or less consists of a cozy pair of pants and a sweatshirt or sweater. However, I’m always interested in uncovering fresh inspiration to either try now or note in the future.
With all that in mind, I took a scroll through the feeds of some of my favorite fashion people on IG and saved a range of outfits that are not only comfy, but fashion-forward as well. I’m talking about looks featuring chic sweats, easy denim pieces, and so on. Keep scrolling to check out the looks I may want to try at some point this season, complete with inspired shopping picks. You may just find a new go-to look as well.
The monochromatic look is incredibly chic. Amp up the comfy factor with a puffer, turtleneck, and cozy joggers.
Tossing on a comfy maxi coat will take any ensemble to the next level—including this look with the sweater tucked into loose jeans.
For a polished yet casual vibe, I'm so into the idea of adding a slouchy blazer to an outfit featuring a simple sweater and straight-leg pants (like leather trousers). A pair of sneakers and an extra sweater around the shoulders elevates the look even more.
This outfit is simple yet incredibly forward with the double-sweater look and jeans. Done and done.
A loose shacket is of-the-moment and incredibly comfortable with the relaxed fit. That ideal silhouette will bring a modern feel to legit any vibe.
