It's hard to believe it's only been a bit over 12 months since Meghan Markle was thrust onto the international stage. The impact she's had on everything from our wardrobes to the way the royal family is perceived is monumental and will only continue. If you're a regular Who What Wear reader, then you know that we're royal family fashion fanatics, and 2018 has been a corker—in no small way—thanks to the Duchess of Sussex.

We have no words. Markle was a vision in blue for her first state dinner in Fiji. The dress, by designer Safiyaa, featured a striking cape detail and was cut to flatter her growing baby bump.

We couldn't quite believe it when Markle popped up at the British Fashion Awards to present Clare Waight Keller with the British Designer Womenswear Award. Her black one-shoulder dress was immaculate, as were the chunky bangles that adorned her wrists.
