H&M Just Announced Its Next Designer Collaboration

While the successful Balmain, Lanvin, and Isabel Marant collaborations will undoubtedly be tough acts to follow, H&M revealed this morning that it’s placing its bets on yet another French brand for this year’s limited-edition designer collection—Kenzo! Designed by creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon since 2011, Kenzo is known for its colorful bold prints, modern construction, and iconic graphic tees, which should make for a big departure from last year’s primarily black-and-gold Balmain x H&M collection.

H&M shared its reason for choosing the brand in a statement to WWD: “Global influences and traditions are remixed and fused with the energy of the street, resulting in collections that are both inspirational and accessible to their fans around the world. At Kenzo, fashion expresses freedom, joy, and individuality for all.” The collection will be sold in 250 H&M stores and online beginning November 3. Start gearing up for the mayhem now.
