Pearl Necklaces Are Classic, But These 20 Have a Hint of Trendiness

While pearl jewelry may have started off as a trend on the sartorial scene, the freshwater gemstone has quickly become a staple in everyone's jewelry box. Whenever I layer necklaces, I almost always end up adding a string of pearls to the mix. Of course, fashion is about keeping things interesting, so not only will you find simple pearl strands on the current market, but you'll also discover a slew of trendier options. I'm talking about pearls that are painted, have abstract shapes, or are paired with colorful beads galore. I love a good staple necklace, but incorporating fun touches in one's jewelry can easily take a simple outfit to the next level.

I'm predicting that pearl necklaces are here to stay for the long run, and even the trendier versions will always have their place. If you're not one to stack on the statement pieces, try adding one of the options below into your jewelry stack. You won't be disappointed.
