SNL's famous "Mom Jeans" skit has cemented an unflattering image into everyone's brains about the denim style, but Topshop is here to redefine the term with its latest launch. "Updated in bold animal prints, stripes, checks or with slashes and rips—there's nothing old-school about our new line-up of Mom jeans," Topshop explained in its newsletter. In other words, basic blue jeans need not apply.
Topshop's new collection also offers styling tips aplenty. Pair a pink turtleneck sweater with pinstripe jeans, clash yellow pants with a green top, and try an oversize tee with equally baggy pants.
