Surprise! J.Lo and Ben Affleck Are Married—See Her Low-Key, Pretty Wedding Dress

Well, no one saw this coming! Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are officially husband and wife. (Here's a reminder of what her stunning green-diamond engagement ring looks like.) If you expected it to be a big, glamorous affair, think again. The two got married yesterday during a late-night ceremony in Las Vegas. Lopez shared the news today via her On the JLo newsletter, even posting a few candid photos.

Lopez said that she and Affleck married at A Little White Wedding Chapel with their children as their witnesses. Instead of a custom designer gown, Lopez also shared that she wore "a dress from an old movie" (we hear that it's a 2015 Alexander McQueen dress) and that Affleck wore a jacket from his closet. She also wore a veil for the occasion. Her sweet fit-and-flare embroidered dress was surprisingly low-key but also perfect for a somewhat casual wedding. She kept her jewelry minimal, and her hair and makeup were natural but definitely wedding ready. If you examine the candids below, you may notice that Lopez actually had a second wedding dress as well, a far more glamorous off-the-shoulder Zuhair Murad gown with long sleeves made of lace.

Scroll to see her first Instagram post as Mrs. Affleck (she changed her name to Jennifer Lynn Affleck) with a simple silver wedding band on her finger as well as a few more candid photos from the momentous occasion, and shop similar white dresses, just for fun.
