The 2019 It Bag Every Celebrity Is Already Carrying

Last night, celebrities, influencers, and fashion's elite attended the Fendi Baguette party during New York Fashion Week. The party was hosted by Silvia Venturini Fendi and Serge Brunschwig, and the brand made sure that this evening was all about the Baguette. The event included rooms dripping (literally) with the bag of honor and celebrities, including Olivia Palermo and Emma Roberts, showing off the latest spring version of the It bag everywhere you turned.

From the moment Silvia Venturini Fendi launched the classic Fendi Baguette bag back in 1997, it became one of the most coveted designer bags on the market. “I was asked, among other things, to come up with a particularly easy and functional handbag. In a certain sense, it had to be technological and minimal, just like the times. My response (fortunately I am indomitably disobedient) was the Baguette,” says Silvia Venturini Fendi. Fast-forward to 2019, and that's still the case as proven by the ongoing list of celebrities we see wearing the handbag on heavy rotation.

This spring 2019 version is truly giving the Baguette new life as Fendi is introducing the style in a variety of fresh shapes and sizes, each of which celebrities are already taking quite a liking to. Ahead, discover all the celebrities already carrying the Fendi Baguette bag and get an inside look at the event where they debuted them.
