Spring is the fashion equivalent of opening the windows after a long winter—you suddenly remember how good everything can feel. The layers get lighter, the colors get brighter, and the group chats start filling up with links to that jacket, those sneakers, and the bag everyone on your feed somehow already owns. As a fashion editor, this is the time of year when my radar goes into overdrive. Between what I'm spotting on the streets, what's quietly blowing up in my Saved folder, and the pieces fashion people keep wearing on repeat, the signs are all there: a fresh crop of spring It items that are officially taking over.
If there's one thing I've learned from years of professionally overanalyzing shopping trends, it's that when the right pieces start popping up everywhere at once, they don't stay in stock for long. If you love the thrill of spotting the next big thing before it fully explodes, consider this your official heads-up.
Below, shop the 16 spring It items I have a very strong feeling won't stay in stock for long.

Era James Pant
If you're looking for the perfect pair of black, bias-cut pants without spending an arm and a leg, look no further. I stumbled upon this pair of crepe pants by emerging label Era, and, after wearing them for a few days, I'm surprised they're not everywhere. There are dozens of pants on the market like this—some costing upwards of $250 or even $1000. That said, if you're looking for an incredible option at an unbeatable value, I'd bet on these.
Los Angeles Apparel 3/4 Sleeve Top
Your basic white tees not cutting it? No problem. Chic fashion people are opting for more elevated silhouettes instead. Case in point? A boatneck quarter-sleeve that's perfect for layering under trench coats and with your favorite pair of jeans. Los Angeles Apparel is making a big comeback in recent months as the fashion set begins building their spring closet basics again, and this tee is sure to sell out. If that doesn't convince you, I'd like to point out I own this tee in four colors. Whoops!
Reformation Inez Pump
Hailey Bieber's favorite shoes are back in stock. After posting a photo of Reformation's Inez pumps during a recent trip to Tokyo, Japan, the brand wasn't able to keep them in stock until now. While there's a handful of colors available, I'd take Hailey's advice and go for the classic black pair. The lived-in leather is simply delightful.
Retro Silk Handbags
There's something so cute and effortless about a satin pouch or retro-inspired bag. Perfect for evenings or for daytime activities where you don't have to carry too much, these square, '90s-feeling bags have been spotted on L.A. celebrities and Parisian It girls. I'm personally partial to this fun pop of red.
Reformation Reign Jacket
Frog-closure buttons and Mandarin dinner jackets have been around for eons, but fashion people are finally catching on to the classic, deeply rich-looking cut. Specifically, this Reformation jacket has been making the rounds across my Instagram feed and IRL. Our editor Nikki wears it constantly, and after seeing it on her, I had to get one myself.
Ralph Lauren Fringe Scarf
Bug-Eye Oversize Sunglasses
Goodbye, mini frames, hello bug-eyed beauties. Over the last few months, sunglasses have been getting bigger and bigger, opting for rounded, face-gorging shapes instead of the miniature elongated styles that were popular throughout the early 2020s. After our executive editorial and fashion director, Lauren, put out a call to find a pair of oversize rounded glasses she could add to her spring wardrobe, several of our editors unanimously decided on this pair.
Reformation Cary Studded Jeans
Okay, I know what you're thinking: But studs were so 2025. While I'd usually agree with that point, I saw no less than 5 stylish New Yorkers pulling out their studded Cary jeans from Reformation while frolicking around New York City this past weekend. The studded denim feels like the great equalizer—stylish Tribeca moms, youngsters in Yorkville, and influencers in the West Village are all wearing the style. The common denominator? They looked good on everyone.
The Row Peggy Clutch
Out with Margaux, in with the Peggy. Fashion insiders might have moved on quickly to the next It Bag, but after seeing this east-west clutch crooked under the arm of all of my favorite editors and influencers at fashion month, I'm willing to forget it. The classic black version of the Peggy clutch has constantly been sold out for the last few weeks, but I was able to track down this divine chocolate brown color that's shockingly still available to purchase.
Colorful Patterned Scarves
Michael Ryder's Celine might be on my mood board, but those prices aren't. While the colorful, satin scarves the French maison has been putting on the runway as of late are calling my name, I can't even buy them because they're sold out everywhere. If you're looking for a more affordable alternative, I've seen plenty of TikTok videos on this sub-$10 H&M riff of the same style. Simply tie it around your neck and throw on your favorite oversize blazer for that designer runway look.
Sézane Clyde Coat
This wouldn't be a viral spring 2026 list without the appearance of the classic trench coat that keeps fashion people happy, season after season. Enter the Clyde coat from Sézane, whose silhouette is probably one of the most worn car coats you'll see this season. Insiders love the cropped version, but there's something quintessentially special about the OG long version. Simply wear with your favorite jeans and white tee for a foolproof springtime outfit.
Dior J'adior Ballet Flats
Adding one of the most viral designer shoes of the spring to this list for under $1000? Honestly, a bit of a steal if you ask me. These are definitely on the more expensive side for a classic black ballet flat, but after taking them for a test-drive myself to celebrate Jonathan Anderson's Dior finally going on sale, I have to admit, they're worth it. I have a pair of ballet flats I already swear by; if I didn't, I'd definitely pick these up. While designer drops are usually just hype, Anderson's signature look for his new J'adior Ballet Flat is well worth all of the attention it's getting online.
'90s Pencil Skirts
The CBK effect is in full force, as seen none other by the amount of knee-grazing pencil skirts I've seen on social media (and the SoHo streets!) ever since Love Story has been streaming on Hulu. This Zara find seems like it would live perfectly in Carolyn's minimalist wardrobe along with a classic black turtleneck and knee-high boots.
Flore Flore T-Shirts
Flore Flore is slowly becoming every fashion person's go-to destination for perfect T-shirts of any length, color, and cut, so it's no surprise to see the brand's classic Car Baby Tee constantly in and out of stock. This vibrant red color is still available to buy, though, and I'd act fast before someone else snatches this one up.
Wool Bucket Hats
Now that we're transitioning to the spring, beanies are out, and bucket hats are in. This isn't your traditional bucket hat, though—this soft, sculptural style popularized by The Row has been seen on Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, and more. Instead of a rigid beach-appropriate bucket hat, this wool version from Eaves offers a more sophisticated take on the style.
Margaux Deia Sandal
Anyone who's anyone knows that Margaux is one of the best sleeper footwear brands out there. The New York–based brand has slowly been taking over my feed with its new woven Deia sandals. While classic black flip-flops (or the $800 designer version!) were everywhere last spring and summer, this season's sandal du jour is more of a wider strap version perfect for coasting on the Mallorcan shores and also heading to your local matcha spot.
