The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale—the retailers biggest event of the year—is now open to the public and ends on August 3, but items have already started selling out.
For example, a Nordstrom-brand Short Sleeve Cashmere Sweater I saw available just a few days ago isn't there anymore. Even the Stuart Weitzman Minimalist Slide 50 Sandal hardly has any sizes left now. For beauty, Salt & Stone Santal & Vetiver Body Wash Duo and Dr. Dennis Gross Glow, Brighten & Smooth Set are already gone. My advice is that if a deal almost feels too good to be true, it probably won't last long.
Since then, I've been looking at the sale through this lens—wondering what's next to be out of stock. Whether you're shopping for shoes, perfume, or coats, here are the three items I can't stop thinking about that will probably sell out, from Frye, Byredo, and Avec les Filles.

Frye boots that remind me of the Campus pair for $240 are an incredible deal. The Banana Banana shade of these is already on its way to being sold out, but they come in Black, Dark Brown, and Merlot as well. Known for durability, this is an investment piece you could wear for years to come. Plus, they're are so versatile too—styled with maxis, midis, minis, or athletic shorts.
Byredo Mojave Ghost Set
Byredo is beloved for a reason. Two of my most-worn scents are Bal d’Afrique and Vanille Antique, but I just expanded my collection and got this Mojave Ghost set during the sale. With a $365 value, it comes with a full-size eau de parfum, roll-on oil, and hand cream.
If you haven’t smelled it before, the notes are ambrette, Jamaican nesberry, violet, sandalwood, magnolia, Chantilly musk, crisp amber, and cedarwood.
Avec les Filles Trench Coat
In my opinion, a trench coat is an essential for fall and spring. Effortlessly chic, my favorites are the single-breasted versions. I love that it’s the easiest layer ever—you can truly wear it with almost anything.
At $150, this nylon Avec les Filles one is so good. It has a belt, so you can wear it relaxed or cinched.
