If I could wear one outfit for the rest of my life, it would consist of jeans, a tee, and a lightweight jacket. Whether it's a trench coat, suede blazer, or nylon anorak, my coat closet is stuffed to the brim with jackets you can only wear for about two months of the year. My window to wear this outfit formula is approaching, and I'm preparing with this Nordstrom edit. The first category I've shopped out for you is, of course, the latest lightweight outerwear styles. My personal favorite comes from Rails—it's a brown-and-green checked car coat I would style with a purple sweater tied around my waist.
