Elegant Fashion Is All I Can Think About—30 New-In Mango, Reformation and Massimo Dutti Buys I'm Currently Eyeing
From chic wool coats to the softest cashmere knits, these are the pieces we're eyeing for the season ahead.

The arrival of autumn always feels like a refresh. The air is crisper, the mornings are darker and I suddenly find myself rethinking everything from coffee order to what I'm wearing each day.
My linen skirts and strappy dresses quietly retreat to the back of the wardrobe, whilst heavier coats, boots and easy knits take their place at the front. It's a shift I look forward to, the ritual of bringing out the pieces that feel most "me" for the cooler months, and finding the new updates that make my old favourites feel fresh again. When it comes to those autumnal refreshes, there are a few high-street names that consistently deliver for my Who What Wear UK colleagues and me.
Mango, Reformation and Massimo Dutti make up the backbone of most of our wardrobes at this time of year, and it's easy to see why. Mango always comes through with versatile coats, tailoring and denim; Reformation has mastered knitwear that can hold its own for both day and evening and Massimo Dutti never misses on refined staples that instantly sharpen a look. These brands don't just release seasonal collections; they get what autumn dressing is supposed to feel like.
This season, each of them is offering new pieces that are worth noting, from Mango's outerwear to Reformation's textured knits and Massimo Dutti’s Studio coats. I've already bookmarked more than I'd like to admit, but rather than keep them a secret in my shopping basket, I've pulled out the highlights here.

New-In Mango, Reformation and Massimo Dutti
1. Mango
Style Notes: Mango is always at the front of the high-street pack when it comes to new-season drops, and this autumn is no exception. The brand has really leaned into textural coats, relaxed tailoring and day-to-night dresses that actually feel like they work for British weather (read: they'll layer under trench coats and heavier knits without bulk).
Mango's Selection range, in particular, features those pieces that feel a bit more considered than your standard high-street buy: wool coats with weight, denim with a sharper cut, dresses that aren't just one-wear wonders. The team at Who What Wear UK has been bookmarking Mango's tailoring in particular this season, but the outerwear and transitional dresses are equally strong. It's one of those brands we know will quietly fill half our wardrobes before October's out.

2. Reformation
Style Notes: Reformation's new-season drop leans harder into knits and leather than it usually does, and that's exciting. The regenerative cashmere and recycled-blend knits remain standout buys: soft, not itchy and worthy of layering now and into winter (I've spent hours trying them on, and they hold up beautifully). I'm especially drawn to the new moto-style bomber jacket, deep-hued boots and classic loafers.

Funnel-neck jackets are big news this season.
Just add some knee-high boots and a cardi, and you're good to go.
Argyle knits are an autumn-layering go-to.
3. Massimo Dutti
Style Notes: Massimo Dutti is the quiet, elevated backbone of my wardrobe when autumn arrives. The new-in collection continues to lean into wool, suiting fabrics, soft leathers and refined tailoring. Find coats, blazers and layering staples with that understated elegance signature to the brand. I’ll be pairing classic jeans and trousers with silk blouses and fine knits, or wearing its suede pieces as accents—say, a suede shacket as a top layer under a trench.
