Shorts season is officially upon us, and I don't know about you but I'm ready to get my legs out of hiding and into some cute pairs. But today, I'm not here to talk about the shorts in my shopping cart, I'm here to highlight some of the coolest summer tops I'll be wearing with said shorts. Because we all know a chic summer top can really make your outfit.
