It's Official: This Is *the* Jewelry Trend Everyone Will Be Wearing in 2026
At first glance at the runway shows, jewelry typically doesn’t make a big impact. It’s typically subtle and hard to spot from seats in the audience at fashion week, or even in photos from the collections. Often, a detail best observed at resees and press appointments following fashion month. In the spring/summer 2026 collections, however, one jewelry trend made an immediate impact, and we expect to see it everywhere next week. The trend under discussion? Beaded jewelry.
At Michael Rider’s second collection for Celine, looks were styled with stacks and stacks of colorful beaded necklaces as well as long beaded earrings, mixing an array of shades and bead styles. We witnessed the jewelry trend again in the Polo Ralph Lauren collection with similar necklaces and earrings, as well as piles of bracelets at the wrist worn over crisp poplin shirts and cable-knit sweaters. At Chanel, too, we witnessed draped beaded necklaces piled on top of looks on the runway. Ahead, see how the beaded jewelry trend appeared on the runways and shop our edit of pieces to test-drive it now.
Necklaces
When it comes to beaded necklaces, the more the better. The pieces are especially impactful when worn in multicolored styles.
Bracelets
Take a styling note from Polo Ralph Lauren and wear a full wrist stack of beaded bracelets styles over the sleeves of your shirt or knit.
Earrings
Mismatched beaded earrings are the outfit-finishing piece we expect to see everywhere in 2026.
