I'm Not Normally a Florals Person, But These 31 Dresses Are Actually So Pretty For Summer
I've scoured the internet to find 31 floral dresses that are chic, timeless and seriously pretty, covering you for all your summer needs.

As someone who is terrified of colour and print when it comes to my wardrobe, I'm not normally the kind of person you'd find queueing up to buy a floral dress for summer. I'll hold my hands up and say I usually err towards more minimalistic dresses, like a white cotton or black linen style. I'll maybe dip a toe into gingham if it comes in neutral shades, but that's about it.
That's not to say I have anything against a floral dress, however. In fact, it's quite the opposite. Timeless, reliable and seriously pretty, I've always looked on at people who pull off gorgeous floral dresses in awe. It might not be "groundbreaking", but to be able to throw on such a cute style effortlessly, (without feeling like a primary school child which is my own, totally unsubstantiated, hang up as a petite person) is a really useful summer power play.
So I've decided this summer my stance on florals might have to change. Mostly since I've been browsing the new-in summer collections (for research purposes, of course), and seen so many really beautiful, actually very grown-up and elevated-feeling floral dresses that I'm desperate to try. In fact, I already caved and bought this lovely Dôen number the other day, just to see how I felt in it. And you know what? It has totally won me over. Green! Florals! My minimalist tendencies were all set to sabotage, but I couldn't fault it. What I love about it is something that I think most floral dresses do well: it's incredibly versatile. You can throw on a simple pair of leather sandals with it and wear it on the school run, to the beach and out to lunch, or add a heel and a lick of makeup and it would take you to every fancy summer event in the calendar. The joy!
Since I've already put the scrolling time in and got a tonne of tabs open with the very best floral dresses on the internet for summer 2025, I thought I'd do a good deed and share them all here in one place. You're welcome!
