Aside from being the most stylish staff in the game, team Who What Wear is also pretty savvy when it comes to covetable beauty picks. Of course, beauty editor Erin Jahns and I are dedicated to covering the latest and greatest in the world of hair, makeup, skin, and nails on the daily, but our fashion editor counterparts are no strangers to the world of beauty. From senior editor Allyson Payer, who's known for her ageless appearance, to associate editor Anna LaPlaca, who's the queen of softly stained lips, the whole gang is really in the know. That's why whenever a product resonates with several ladies in the office, I can almost guarantee it's a good one. And back when we all used to convene together daily, there's one beauty product that would always spark impassioned conversations: Ilia's Limitless Mascara ($28).

I'm not sure if WWW Editor in Chief Kat Collings was the first of the crew to fall head over heels for this best-selling clean lash glaze, but she sure is the most vocal. "Ilia mascara is, by far, the best clean mascara I've ever used," she told me when I looped back to get her thoughts on the stuff recently. Michelle Plantan, VP of social and innovation, admits that she was influenced by the team's Ilia enthusiasm and that it was Collings who inspired her to give the mascara a try for herself. "She shared that she and many other editors were fans of Ilia’s Limitless Lash product, so, obviously, I bought it without doing any further research," she shared. "It immediately became my go-to. I love the design of the wand and its staying and layering power. It’s a bit of a splurge for sure, but in my opinion, it is the superior mascara for anyone looking for a long-lasting, clean solution."

Now, having tried this mascara myself, I totally understand the hype. It's nonirritating and non-flaking and provides just enough lift and separation to make a statement without going overboard for day-to-day wear. Jahns happens to be the resident mascara expert, and she agrees that, in terms of clean options, it doesn't get much better than this. "I'm a mascara girl through and through, and I have to say I had almost given up on clean formulas completely until I tried Ilia's fan favorite. I'll be honest—I wouldn't say it's amazing for lift and curl, but if you're searching for heroic length and buildable volume (that still looks natural and fluttery), it's an option I frequently recommend," she says.

It's not just editors who go wild for this stuff, either. Celebrities like Olivia Wilde and Camila Mendes have also made their love of it known. Sold yet? Thought so! And you're in luck because today marks the start of Credo's Friends and Family Sale, which means its entire treasure trove of clean-beauty buys, including this beloved mascara, are all 20% off from now until October 25.

Makeup

It's never not red-lip season if you ask us, but if you're reintroducing the hue after a long summer of muted colors, this is the compact you need. Each of the four rich berry colors is infused with nourishing ingredients such as cold-pressed cherry oil, vitamin E, and marula oil.

This tinted balm creates a beautiful, barely-there flush over lips, cheeks, and even eyelids. She's a multitasker!

Mastering your no-makeup makeup looks? This stretchy concealer can help.

And if blurred, glass skin is your thing, you've got to add this tinted moisturizer to your cart. The shade range is amazing, and it has SPF in it, too.

You know that perfectly diffused lip look that's reminiscent of how your lips would look after sucking on a brightly colored popsicle? This little lippy creates that look to perfection.

Gloss girls rejoice! This clean option is about to replace your whole collection.

Liquid eye shadow is the sleeper hit that's taken over the beauty industry over the last year or so. Countless ladies who always look put-together are big fans of this one by Kosas.

If you're a fan of the legendary Armani Luminous Silk Foundation ($64), you need to try this clean dupe. My beauty cohort Jahns and I reviewed it recently, and we are both huge fans.

You can create countless eye-makeup looks with these super-soft eye shadows. The best part is that the containers are magnetic, so you don't have to worry about losing the small pods.

Summer may be over, but you can keep your glow going all year with this clean bronzer.

Tools

This facial massager is meant to help improve firmness in the skin by increasing circulation. It fits perfectly into the natural contours of the face and delivers a deep kneading motion that also relieves muscle tension.

This snazzy facial roller uses negative electron emission from the embedded germanium stones to help increase positive ions in the skin and body. That's a mouthful, but in English, it means this device naturally eliminates free radicals and boosts collagen production.

If you're interested in gua sha stones and the lifting and toning facial massages you can carry out with them, here's an option for you.

Skincare

Makeup artists will probably never stop singing the praises of this beloved balm. And it isn't just for your face—it's the perfect fix for reviving dry patches anywhere on the body.

The entire Tata Harper line is divine, but this cleanser is one of the ultimate must-haves. It's a gentle exfoliating wash that keeps the skin glowy and balanced via apricot microspheres and BHA from white willow bark.

I've been devoted to this plumping serum for years. It takes hyaluronic acid's typical effect up a notch by also infusing nourishing silver ear mushroom into the skin. It's just so dang good.

This lightweight SPF serum creates the perfect base for makeup but can just as easily be worn alone. Plus, it's dermatologist approved and offers invisible protection for all skin tones. (Founder Venus Williams made sure of that!)

This resurfacing toner goes to work on enlarged pores, breakouts, fine lines, and more via exfoliating malic, phytic, lactic, salicylic, gluconolactone, and citric acids.

This blemish-clearing lotion isn't just super effective— it's also so refreshing on the skin. It has a tingly, cooling feel that wakes up the senses and knocks out blemishes at the same time.

Consider this formula instant gratification in a jar. The dual-phase physical and chemical exfoliation from polishing minerals and glycolic acid reveal seriously glowy skin right away.

There's nothing better than a gel mask, and this one is a winner. It gently exfoliates and smooths the skin with fruit enzymes, willow bark, and botanical blue tansy oil.

This refreshing face mist is my go-to for layering underneath face oils and water-attracting serums with hyaluronic acid in them. The superfine mist is lightly scented and feels super cooling on the skin.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but face oils are not scary. This one is proof. It's infused with algae, antioxidants, phytonutrients, and essential fatty acids to nourish and moisturize even the most tired skin.

This invigorating face oil boosts firmness, elasticity, and even skin tone with its expert blend of rosehip seed oil and fruit oil that's packed with nourishing fatty acids.

Hair

A soothing scalp massage isn't just great for maintaining a healthy, flake-free scalp—it's also super relaxing.

If longer, thicker, stronger hair is your goal, you might consider a supplement like this one that delivers bioavailable and bioactive multivitamins and known hair enhancers such as biotin and kelp.

This multipurpose hair oil calls in a potent blend of jojoba, argan, moringa, rosemary, and clary sage oils to do everything from acting as a heat protectant to serving as a pre-wash treatment.

Treat your strands to a buffet of flaxseed, monoi oil, shea butter, coconut, tamanu oil, and quinoa.

Body

This body oil guards against annoying ingrown hairs, keeping even your most delicate skin soft and smooth.

Emma Roberts swears by this belly oil for keeping her growing baby pump stretch mark–free.

This is, by far, my most complimented perfume. Its scent is super subtle, but it's one that lingers after you walk away, prompting people to chase after you to ask about it. (True story!)

Heretic is the clean fragrance label that's taken the industry by storm, and this sample set of its most popular scents is the perfect way to get to know all the offerings before investing in a full-size bottle.

Dry-skin season is coming in hot, so make sure to add a solid body polish like this one to your regimen.

Sandalwood has to be the cornerstone of the millennial olfactory palette. This cult-favorite perfume oil blends that mega-popular note with vetiver and amber wood for a seriously chic scent.

Everyone needs a great hand lotion, especially now. This one will keep your hands moisturized and will look good sitting on your desk.
