Chanel and Yeezy Have More in Common Than You Think

From the grand backdrop of giant running waterfalls and flowing rivers (that took two months to build) to the ever so chic attendants, Chanel managed (as always) to put together an unforgettable Paris Fashion Week show. Karl Lagerfeld's S/S 18 collection for the luxury French label was just sent down the runway at The Grand Palais in Paris, and it was nothing short of spectacular.
We saw Chanel keep to its tradition, by incorporating tweed, double breasted jackets, and shift dresses throughout the collection, in shades of delicious pastel. The standout of the show however, were the plastic accessories, which look like a direct reference to Yeezy (tell us Karl, were you inspired by Kanye?). Only time will tell if these out-there plastic boots will actually make it IRL, but we're predicting the waiting list will be out the door.
