Today, Blake Lively has a slew of movies under her belt and has two kids with husband Ryan Reynolds, but back in 1997, she was just your average Spice Girls fan who dressed up at their concerts. Fellow concert goer Bria Madrid just unearthed an old photo of her posing with a 10-year-old Lively, who was dressed to the nines as Baby Spice—pigtails and sky-high platforms included.

"Thanks @briaaamadrid for the photo of us at the Spice Girls concert," Lively captioned her Instagram. "Sorry -not sorry- I tricked you into thinking I was @emmaleebunton." As it turns out, Emma Bunton herself is one of Lively's followers, and after the former Spice Girl commented on her post, Lively had the funniest reaction. "Forever bowing down to you. I cannot believe you know who I am. This will never be normal." Just another day in the life of celebs on Instagram, right? Scroll down to see the cute post for yourself.

Erin Fitzpatrick
Senior News Editor

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 12 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of senior news editor (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
