Nordstrom's shoe department is epic and carries almost any brand you can think of. There's basically something for everybody, no matter your style. Whether you're in the market for a pair of fresh sneakers or a new pair of boots, make sure to hit up Nordstrom's vast selection first. They also have a lenient return policy, so don't fret if a pair doesn't work out at the first try.

Mango has a great (and editor-loved) selection of both trend-forward and timeless shoes that usually stay under the $250 mark. We've tried many pairs out from the Spanish brand and they always look much more expensive than their actual price tag. (We also haven't had any comfort issues, which we can't say about other online retailers.)
Shopbop
Shopbop has it all from affordable to contemporary to designer. They have a wide variety of New Balance sneakers and the latest Staud sandals—both are which a fashion lover's dream shoes. They also make returns easy if you don't end up completely satisfied with your purchase.
Revolve
When we think of event-worthy shoes, Revolve is what comes to mind first. Their entire selection is still worth checking out, as they carry our favorite brands and a few exclusives that are only sold at revolve. We also love to shop the in-house brands like Song of Style as they feel more different than anything else you find online.
Net-a-Porter
If you're ready to make a designer shoe purchase, Net-a-Porter is where you should look. Their new arrivals constantly make me swoon, and they have styles that stand out from the mainstream. They carry it all from Gucci and Bottega to Wandler and By Far. (Their sneaker section is also one to take note of—they drop Nike styles that I haven't seen anywhere else.)

If you're on a time crunch for a pair of shoes, Amazon's fast-shipping will help you out. Also, with the help of thousands of reviews you can have a better idea of what will work for you based off other customer's opinions.
