16 Fashion and Beauty Items Our Editors Would Buy From Target With $50
First of all, I should probably point out that it's nearly impossible to get out of Target for under $100 (or is it just me?). But it is very possible to walk away with some great finds for under half a Benjamin—just ask us Who What Wear editors. To give your next Target shopping trip (which could very well be from the comfort of your couch) a little direction, we're divulging what we would buy if we were to be set loose with $50 at Target.
We're a little biased when it comes to a few of brands that Target stocks (shout out to Who What Wear Collection; our new sister skincare brand, Versed; and activewear line JoyLab), but Target has tons of top-notch stuff to choose from, so it can be overwhelming but we got you. Keep scrolling to shop what's in our fashion and beauty editors' Target carts, and best of luck with keeping that total to under $50 (you've been warned).
"I actually just got these and haven't taken them off since. They're so comfortable, and the print is like a neutral so it goes with everything."
"I added these into my beauty regimen a few weeks ago when I traveled overseas, and I've never walked off of a plane looking more refreshed. Now I'm addicted to these drops for super-hydrated skin."
"You'll spot this lightweight French sunscreen in my beauty regimen year-round but I can't live without it during the summer months."
"This volumizing wave spray is behind all my best hair days."
"I actually already bought these because I feel like they're the perfect piece to wear to the office and on the weekends—not something I can say of most other pieces in my summer wardrobe."
"This is definitely one of the hero products in the Versed line that will make a visible difference in your skin texture. Since it just launched, there's only a handful of reviews, but there's a reason they're all five out of five stars."
"Checker print is my favorite micro-trend of the moment. Don't think twice about this affordable way to get in on the look."
"I avoid thick black leggings like the plague during summer. These would be a very worthy replacement."
"I've been using EcoTools brushes for years and it never ceases to amaze me how good the quality is."
"This may not be the prettiest hand cream to look at, but it works wonders. My hands get severely dry and they've never looked better than they do since I started using Working Hands."
"I've been on the hunt for the perfect red bikini and this one really hits the spot. I love the cute button detailing, and the cut is insanely flattering."

"Okay, these put me $6 over the $50 limit, but they are so comfortable I couldn't not share with you. I actually own these and sleep in them/lounge in them as much as possible. They are thin, soft, and feel like the sweetest relief after a long day."
"This staple cami tank top is the perfect summer staple I'll be pairing with my jeans, pants and skirts alike."
"As someone who suffers from super-dry skin, this hydration booster is exactly the product that my skincare regimen has been yearning for. I add a couple of drops to my daily moisturizer and occasionally to my foundation, which provides me with an extra shot of hydration. It also makes my skin look dewy, which I love."
"I recently grabbed this self-tanner when I was traveling and didn't have my normal stash of products with me. I expected to be underwhelmed (I hadn't used Jergens since middle and high school!) but couldn't BELIEVE how good the results were. Not only did it apply like velvet sans streaking, but the color was also super believable and the tan lasted a solid week or so. Needless to say, I purchased another bottle the second I got back to L.A. even though I have an entire cupboard brimming with more expensive self-tanning formulas."
