Anya Taylor-Joy Secretly Married Malcolm McRae in the Most Low-Key Way Possible
Congratulations are in order for Anya Taylor-Joy and her boyfriend (ahem husband) of over a year, musician Malcolm McRae. According to Page Six, the couple, who started dating in 2021, were recently married in a low-key courthouse wedding in the States. Following the alleged nuptials, they set off for Australia, where the Queen's Gambit star is currently filming Furiosa, the prequel to Mad Max: Fury Road.
Though photo evidence of their casual wedding has yet to surface (we can only hope that it will eventually), we have caught a glimpse of what's presumably the 26-year-old's engagement ring, which appears to include an epic green diamond. (She's not the only one—Jennifer Lopez's engagement ring from Ben Affleck is also adorned with a green diamond.) The ring, which was first spotted on the actress at an airport in Sydney late last month, made yet another appearance when the couple was photographed on a casual stroll through an Australian city, this time in far more detail. Our take? McRae did good—really, really good.
