7 Fashion People Who Got Engaged in 2016
When fashion girls get engaged, it tends to create plenty of buzz among your dedicated Who What Wear editorial team. Of course, we always want to know the details: the story behind the relationship, how the proposal went down, and—yes—we wanna see the rock. From Danish blogger Pernille Teisbaek to designer Tory Burch, plenty of our favorite fashion folks said yes this year. And their rings are just as diverse as their personal styles; the baubles run the gamut from classic, vintage-inspired styles to more modern and nontraditional. Albeit diverse, all these women have excellent taste, and their new bling is definitely no exception.

Longtime duo Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley got engaged in July. A model with serious cool-girl style, RHW is sure to have one standout look on her wedding day!
One of our favorite bloggers, the gal often known as simply Pernille, got engaged in August. Her vintage-inspired ring is stunning: a large round solitaire wrapped in carved yellow gold.
Model Shanina Shaik received not one but two engagement rings from her man Gregory Andrews (more commonly known as DJ Ruckus). The one here is a gorgeous hexagonal-cut diamond in a gold setting.

The New York designer got engaged to Pierre-Yves Roussel, the chairman and CEO of LVMH, earlier this year. He proposed with a massive rock while they were on vacation in January.
Miranda Kerr said yes to Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel in July of this year. She announced the betrothal on Instagram, quite appropriately with a cute bitmoji of the pair over a black-and-white photo of her stunning ring.
