The struggle is real when it comes to hunting down the best winter dress and deciding what to wear it with. Currently, we're still obsessed with the slip dress, but it's hardly weatherproof, is it? The delicate straps expose a little bit too much flesh for the colder months. But we may have just found the perfect winter slip dress that looks incredible over a jumper, meaning you can wear it well into the winter season.
We spotted this particular dress on both Lucy Williams of Fashion Me Now and Camille Charrière of Camille Over the Rainbow, who have both styled it under a jumper. But onto the most important detail first: The frock in question is a gold velvet number from Pins & Needles at Urban Outfitters. Instead of wearing it as a party dress, however, UO has styled it under a grey roll-neck.
