My Mom's Taste Is "Chic" and Mine Is "Cool"—We Both Like These Under-$100 Items
My mom and I don’t see eye to eye on many things, but when it comes to fashion, there are some key details we can both agree on. First off, we both have an affinity for classic, effortless pieces that come together easily to create a look. We both tend to avoid cropped tops and sweaters, preferring hems that fall right below our derrières. Black and neutral colors are our go-tos. But more than anything, my mom and I truly love a great bargain.
We had so much fun working on our Nordstrom story together that we set out to do another one—this time rounding up under-$100 picks we both love. You’ll find a range of trendy pieces like an oversize striped sweater and clogs as well as elevated basics like chunky turtleneck sweaters, linen pajamas, and straight-leg black jeans. Keep scrolling to see our top affordable picks just in time for fall.
