When it comes to beauty products, I'm pretty picky about where I'll take recommendations (I am a beauty editor, after all). There's one hard and fast rule I follow, though: If a product is good enough for former First Lady Michelle Obama, it's certainly good enough for me. Sorry, it's just the rule!
It's a happy coincidence that at a recent appearance for The Light We Carry Book Tour, Obama turned to a beauty editor favorite for her makeup look. The product in question was from Beauty Pie, a high-performance, great-value makeup brand that sources ingredients and products from some of the world's leading labs.
