Nowadays there’s no shortage of inspiration when it comes to fashion. Long gone are the days you had to patiently anticipate print issues and dog ear unattainable pieces. A few times a year runways from London to Copenhagen serve us with a delectable forecast and equally inspiring are the get-ups of the attendees flitting to and from said shows. There’s something inexplicably authentic about street style which makes it a great reference point for day-to-day dressing. Although fashion week styling is more editorial (and understandably so) it bridges the gap between high fashion and the everyday fashion-conscious, looking for style inspiration.

Style Notes: I love the versatility of this look. Simple but still polished, it would work for the office, date night, dinner with friends and the weekend. Plus, it proves that the denim skirt you purchased earlier this year really was a great investment.
