I Just Went Shopping for Spring With a $100 Budget—Here Are the Chicest Items I Found
While we’re not quite at 70° and up every day just yet, consistently warm weather is finally getting closer in New York City as we head into early April. With that, I’ve been thinking more about my spring wardrobe, and what’s worth adding to my shopping list right now. I decided to set one guideline for myself to see what I could find: everything had to be $100 and under.
Capris are one of my go-tos for spring, so I’m considering the $39 Out From Under Bec Cropped Foldover Kick Flare Pant. I also love knee-length skirts, like the $91 Rat Boi Midi Slip Skirt. For shoes, sorry to flip-flop haters, but sometimes you just need a pair of Havaianas Slim Flip Flops to throw on, and they’re only $30.
Other standouts include a nylon bag from a French brand I just discovered called Kabas, as well as pieces from Cou Cou and Levi’s. And, of course, I made sure to include options from retailers known for their reliable basics: Zara, J.Crew, and Gap. Below is everything I found.
