My mom and I have very different senses of style—she loves color and isn't afraid of intricate prints, while I tend to gravitate towards more minimalist pieces. I'd describe her style as sweet, artistic, a little boho, and always comfortable. She loves relaxed tops, cardigans, soft knitwear, flowy dresses, and denim in pastels, jewel tones, and earthy shades.
When she asked me of recommendations on where to shop, Madewell was one of the first places that came to mind. Their aesthetic feels laid-back but still put-together, with pieces that are casual yet intentional.
