As the unofficial personal shopper for my friends and family (it comes with the territory as a shopping director), I regularly receive style questions. One of my friends recently messaged me about spring shopping. She specifically said that she wanted a few pieces that give off an elegant and rich vibe, but she didn't want to pay luxury prices for said pieces.
