If the Goal is Sophisticated and Functional, Wear These 5 Chic Jean-and-Boot Outfits
Stay on trend from now through winter.
My goal this fall (and winter) is to optimize my wardrobe for both form and function, meaning I want to look as chic as possible while being as comfortable as possible. My solution to this is to find the best combo of jeans and boots to wear with all my sweaters and jackets. Right now, I'm really into the Cruz Booties from Dolce Vita; there's something about the sculptural heel that looks great under a baggy jean (specifically the Hailey Bieber X Gap ones, which thankfully have been restocked).
In addition to finding the perfect jeans-and-boots, outfit inspiration is a must. So, here are five chic jeans-and-boots outfits to recreate through winter. You'll find my favorites from Gap and Dolce Vita; J.Crew and more J.Crew; plus fan favorites from Frame and Madewell. The mix includes heel heights and styles, from barely-there kitten heels to attitude stilettos. The denim ranges from lightwash to dark rinse, skinny to relaxed. Scroll on for inspiration and to shop the editor-approved jeans-and-boots.
