Labor Day Weekend sales are in full swing—it’s one of my favorite times to shop for early fall deals. Believe me—these major steals won’t last long, as most sale events end on September 2. When are Labor Day Weekend sales, and when do they end?
Major deals begin this week and end around September 2, which doesn’t leave much time for procrastinators like me. So get to it before the discounts end or, even worse, everything on your wish list is sold out.
Where should you shop during Labor Day Weekend sales?
I recommend starting with the big five: Nordstrom, Reformation, J.Crew, Madewell, and Amazon. Nordstrom is always offering new markdowns on fashion-people brands like Adidas, New Balance, and Free People. We're currently in the midst of a huge Reformation sale—if it's Ref, I want it. J.Crew and Madewell are my go-to choices for high-quality basics and wardrobe staples. And finally, Amazon is a must for any major sales event—you can always trust it's serving up unbelievable deals.
What should you buy during Labor Day Weekend sales?
Labor Day Weekend sales are the perfect time to shop for last-minute summer buys or prep for fall with marked-down staples. Jeans are always a good idea, and so are cardigans.
