I Did a Nordstrom Deep Dive—25 Fall 2026 Items I'm Convinced Will Dominate This Season
The runway is where we first spot the season’s biggest ideas, but the real test of a trend is whether it starts appearing in our shopping carts. So naturally, I did a deep dive into Nordstrom. After scrolling through page after page of new arrivals, designer finds, and under-the-radar pieces, I started noticing a very clear through line. Fall 2026 is shaping up to be less about chasing a single viral aesthetic and more about investing in pieces with a strong point of view—think polished tailoring, unexpected proportions, sleek leather, and accessories that make even the simplest outfit feel considered.
The pieces that caught my eye feel particularly primed for a breakout. There’s a jewel-adorned slingback that could give your fall wardrobe an instant hit of polish, relaxed pocket pants that make tailoring feel decidedly cooler, and barely there sandals that prove summer’s minimalist shoe moment isn’t going anywhere. Then there are the more directional finds: a sleek Reformation skirt, a beautifully oversize leather bomber from Arma, "giant" freshwater pearl earrings, and a dramatic Kallmeyer gown that I can already imagine taking over parties. Together, they tell a bigger story about where fashion is headed this season: elevated but not overly precious, statement-making without feeling costumey, and above all, incredibly wearable. Ahead, the Nordstrom finds I’m betting will be everywhere this fall.
