I'm Already Thinking About Fall, and These Outfit-and-Shoe Combos Are So Good
Not me sitting here sweating in humid 85-degree weather and daydreaming about sweaters, clogs, long coats, classic jeans, boots, and more. Needless to say, fall is my absolute favorite time of the year. I can't help but look forward to the cool, crisp air so I can don cozy yet chic fall outfits. In preparation for the upcoming season, I've been going through a bunch of looks I've saved over the past year on Instagram and Pinterest.
Come fall, my M.O. is to put together a no-fuss wardrobe in which all the pieces, including shoes, can easily be mixed and matched. Thankfully, there's a stellar variety of new fall styles available online now, and there's a great selection of last-season favorites on super sale to choose from as well. Ahead, check out five fall outfit-and-shoe combos I can't wait to re-create. I'm especially excited to wear the ones with clogs.
When it comes to minimalistic fall looks with a bit of edge, it doesn't get any better than this. Monikh's zip-front combat boots give the effortless T-shirt-and-denim look the perfect touch of grit.
I am always looking for chic ways to wear my black leggings, and Tanice is serving up exactly that with this laid-back fall outfit. I am 100% going to be trying clogs with my leggings come October.
These are so cute.
Thanks to the chic mule heels, Adenorah's striped-sweater-and-jeans look is transformed into a casual yet elevated option that's great for date night or dinner with friends.
Abisola's fall-ready outfit is given the sporty treatment with a pair of cool, color-block New Balance sneakers. Her oversize denim jacket makes for the perfect top layer.
I'd add this slinky chain necklace to the mix.
This midi skirt can easily be dressed up or down.
Anouk's cozy-cool denim look may or may not become my go-to uniform for fall. I am absolutely sold on flat suede clogs after seeing this outfit.
A ribbed sweater is a must-have when the weather starts to cool down.
I love the vintage look of these straight-leg jeans.
