We’ve been setting our sights on the warm season ahead—and with summer just around the corner, it’s finally time to talk swimsuits. While we’ve already waxed lyrical about all the spring/summer fashion trends, now it’s time to delve into the swimwear trends. One trend that’ll be all over our feeds this summer is cutout swimsuits—a natural extension to the "skin is in” theme we saw in this season's S/S 21 collections.

Of course, the revealing swimsuit trend is not exactly new to the scene. Cutout swimsuits have been in the limelight for a few seasons now—proving they have real staying power. This year’s iterations come in fresh silhouettes from side cut-outs at the midriff to cool keyhole cut-outs at the chest—giving the classic swimsuit or bikini a fresh new look. (Just don’t forget your sunscreen!).

If you’re ready to give the trend a whirl, keep scrolling as we share the coolest cut-out swimsuits to get excited about this summer.
