Dermstore's Summer Beauty Sale Is on—Here's What I'm Eyeing for a Pre-Summer Glow-Up

Summer is my favorite season. I love the warm weather, languid beach days, and ample opportunities for open-air dinner and drinks. However, that doesn't mean I'm just killing time until it arrives. Nope. I know I'll feel my best if I prepare for it. And as a beauty editor, "prepare" means investing time, money, and effort into my beauty routine for a much-needed pre-summer glow-up.
Lucky for me, Dermstore's Summer Beauty Sale is on through May 26, and some of the best skin, hair, and makeup products are up to 20% off with the code SUN at checkout. You know what that means, right? I can get that pre-summer glow-up without hurting my wallet too much. Ahead, see every single product I'm eyeing.
My hair could use some help. It's dull, dry, and frizzy after the long, cold, and staticky winter. That's why this Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner bundle is first on my list. Both the shampoo and conditioner do what they're supposed to (clean and smooth the hair) with the added bonus of repairing broken bonds deep within the hair structure. Translation? They're my ticket to stronger, shinier, healthier hair before summer hits.
See the best bond-repair products and learn how they work.
If you have thin hair, like me, I'm sure you'll relate to this, but I'm so over puny braids and ponytails, and I want stronger, thicker hair sans extensions. That's why this scalp serum made it into my shopping cart. It promotes and extends the growth phase of the hair follicles, lessens hair loss and thinning, and soothes and hydrates the scalp. I'm going to start using it now for thicker hair later.
If there's one thing on my wish list that I'm most excited about, it's this. The high-tech design combines red and blue LED light (you can even combine them into one treatment), deep-penetrating infrared light, and under-eye cooling into one device. The red LED light is good for line and wrinkle reduction; the blue is good for clearing acne; the infrared boosts collagen production; and the under-eye cooling keeps puffiness at bay.
This lip treatment amassed a 2000-person waiting list before it launched. Developed by dermatologist Whitney Bowe, it promises to mimic the look of lip injections, without, well, actual injections. Think plumper, smoother, and more enhanced lips for a fraction of what filler costs.
ICYMI, snail mucin has so many benefits for the skin. It's an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, and it moisturizes, smooths, and plumps it for a "glass skin" look. Needless to say, this TikTok-viral snail mucin essence has made my pre-summer glow-up short list.
I'm planning on using this two-step, at-home face peel to kick my uneven skin tone and texture to the curb. Step one uses gentle yet effective exfoliating acids to resurface the skin, while step two delivers anti-aging actives to keep the skin balanced, smooth, and glowing.
Ever since I turned 30, I've been more diligent about using eye cream. This one is like a needle-free alternative to eye filler since it targets six areas—including crow's-feet, under-eyes, lids, bunny lines, 11s, and the inner tear trough—to fill, firm, brighten, smooth, and lift.
Make no mistake, sunscreen is part of my pre-summer glow-up. Not only is it critical for skin health, but it will keep my dark spots and hyperpigmentation from flaring in the spring sun. I'm snagging this on-sale duo because it's been recommended to me by multiple dermatologists and aestheticians.
Reapplication is just as important as your initial SPF application. Since I don't want a goopy gray mess when I combine traditional sunscreen lotion with makeup, I'll use this lightweight SPF-infused powder instead. It settles nicely on top of existing sunscreen and makeup, with the added bonus of shine control.
This comforting lip oil provides moisture without a heavy, sticky feeling. The secret is in its ingredients list. There's bitter cherry seed oil, organic vanilla extract, jojoba oil, and an adaptogenic herbal blend for antioxidant-rich moisture. Plus, the shades are on point.
Whatever your eye-area concern is (dark circles, puffiness, lines, wrinkles, etc.), these eye masks will improve it. They're chock-full of aloe, calendula, camu camu, amino acids, and peptides, so they refresh and renew the eye area in as few as 10 to 15 minutes.
Remember how I said I recently turned 30? I don't want my neck to reflect that, so I'm snagging a jar of this highly effective neck cream. In just four weeks, it promises to lift sagging skin, firm loose texture, and minimize horizontal neck lines. That's just enough time to make an improvement before summer starts. Tech neck be damned.
