I'm not usually a dress person, but when the mercury starts hitting over 25º, even I find myself reaching for breezy, floaty styles. You just can't fight the fact that throwing on a light dress in the morning is the easiest way to combat the heat while still looking chic. So, with this serious heatwave continuing into next week, I thought I'd do some scrolling through the new summer collections to find some of the best pretty, easy dresses to combat the heat. I found a number of great styles, but there was one in particular that stood out to me as being the ultimate feel-good heatwave dress. And most importantly, it's versatile—you can dress it up with a heeled strappy sandal for weddings or events, but you can also throw it on with your Birkenstocks and pop to the corner shop in it. Meaning you'll get more than your money's worth out of it summer after summer, especially as it sits under £100.
